R55 lifesapn??

I recently had a conversation with a friend about the Clubman S as I am considering buying one, but that won't be until after 4-5 years. To that my friend replied, "how do you know the Clubman will be around in another 4 to 5 years?". So I got to thinking on how long this generation of Clubman will be around before it's replaced?

they'll replace it when/if they do the 3rd generation new mini... Which will be a long time yet - 3 years plus.

But don't worry about that, get one now! <less than three weeks till pickup of my PW/B S Clubman >

I've heard that Clubman is only planned for a 5 Year cycle anyway and won't be replaced.

I’ve tried asking this question in several places including here with no firm answer; what’s the lifespan suppose to be for the R55 Clubman before it’s replaced??? I’m trying to gauge whether or not I’ll be buying this generation or the next??

The Clubman will be in production for around seven years.
