Reverse/backup lighting adequate in the Clubman?

The reverse lamp is only on one side and appears to be a rather small bulb. Even on my R52, I modded my rear fog to enhance backup lighting (LINK). How does the reverse lighting in a Clubman compare with a coupe?

I'm starting to think about a Clubman and this is not an issue that would stop me -- just already planning for custom modifications!

But the R56 has two reversing lights. The Clubman only has a reversing light on one side. How well does it illuminate the other side?

Hi,

actually this very thing struck me this morning. I was backing out of my parking space when I found myself thinking: "it's pretty damn dark back there".
Coming from an BMW E46 I must say the reverse light is pretty bad on the Clubman. In addition having the dark toned windows doens't help much. I still would have bought it though!

I have to agree, the light is pretty poor on my clubman, but hey, it's hardly a deal breaker.....just a pain in the proverbial.
