| MINI2 Newbie | Retro Fit Ipod and USB Interface Has anyone come up with a solution for retro fitting Bluetooth and Ipod Control to the Clubman. I have Mini navigation and MFSW but no Bluetooth or Ipod control, just an Aux input. ![]() Dealer is giving me a price but it appears to be very expensive. £600 for Bluetooth and £400 for the IPOD. ![]() |

Offline | Ive got the iPod Interface fitted in the top glove compartment, that was £300 fitted at the dealer when the car was new. Never enquired about Bluetooth though, although Mr Mikey @ New MINI Stuff -----> NewMINIStuff.com is your man there ![]() |

Offline | EDIT: This was only in reference to the Bluetooth retrofit, didn't mean to imply that the iPod adapter was a problem. It seems to run US$500-700 depending on the dealer and Mini... Seems to fall in line with the reports on NAM with pricing that US dealers have been quoting (US$900-1200 for parts) but most of them seem to be saying they either won't do it or recommend against it. I haven't seen any reports of anyone actually having the retrofit done. Sounds like the Bluetooth module is combined with other OBC bits, which makes for the expensive price. |

| all good things....... | The Ipod integration kit should be around £300 like Paul said, if you order when you order the car ![]() If you have factory nav then its well worth getting at that price. But if you don't have factory nav like us then the option we have taken is to get a TomTom and integrate the iPod into that and connected it to the aux port, so we control the iPod with the TomTom ![]() Food rule fanatic ![]() |
