lowered clubman

Just finished washing the clubbie after fitting Eibach lowering springs. I just couldnt live with the gap between wheel and arch any longer. So i took the plunge and got some lowering springs from Lohen Its dropped about 35mm and is looking GREAT (well I think so) taken it for a quick spin and ride comfort doesn't seem to have suffered, but the handling feels a lot better in the corners (not sure if im just imagining that ) And it still goes over speed bumps ok. heres a few pics before and after. (the before shots were before i started playing with it)

I don't think you are imagining the handling improvement. We had the same mod done on our Clubman. basically, after driving an R53 Works with JCW suspension, the Clubman felt a bit wallowy to us. the Eibachs are a subtle mod, you keep all the Clubman rise comfort but get a bit of stiffer handling in the bendies. We were very pleased with this mod!

the spring are mounted...

I don't have best picture, because i have two wheel paint repair....

However, here are two photos, before / after

I find it too low to rear, the visual from the coupé R56 with Eibach spring is better.
