After a week of deliberation I finally signed the order yesterday for a Clubman D Soho. Should be delivered at end of the month. The dealer did a stonking deal after admitting they were struggling this month to make quarter targets.
The Soho comes standard with white silver metallic paint with black roof, 17" Black Bullet alloys, xenons, anthracite roof lining, piano black trim and white indicator lenses.
I've added pepper pack with half leather sports seats, MFSW, chrome line interior, dark rear glass, and auto lights/wipers.
I think I am beginning to hate you.
I saw one a my local dealer last week, it was absolutely gorgeous, but I cannot justify changing mine after only 3 months.
I dont need to make my car go faster, I just need to learn to drive it faster.
As far as I'm aware, you can order a Clubman S Soho, but not a Cooper S Soho (or any other hatchback variant, although 10 Cooper examples were apparently produced exclusively for the Hong Kong market).
Congratulations, what a gorgeous car. That colour is my favourite of favourites. I was praying they'd bring it out for the hatch but no such luck. Combined with the black star bullets, make it a real headturner. Not too long to wait for it too ( but long enough!)
More good news from the dealer. Phoned this morning to say my order with a pepper pack has been upgraded free of charge to a chilli pack. Didn't feel I could say no!!! The Soho is due to be built next week. Cant believe how quick as I had to wait 8 weeks in '08 for my current clubman.
Think you best check that...
I'd assumed it meant the roof and mirrors in body colour ie "White Silver", which Mrs Jamesie was keen on. But, the dealer told me it meant "White" so we specced roof in black.
Arrives with dealer on Monday, by the way, 3 weeks earlier than estimate.
