Offline | My Pink Mini... Finally hello everyone. I finally have taken pictures of my pinked-out mini. She used to be a cool blue mini (thus the striping to match the interior). I am sooo happy with it and the looks I get are priceless ...all comments are welcome. (good, bad and otherwise )des |

Offline | I loooooove it. It took one full day... oh i didn't mention. I had it "wrapped" in vinyl so I could always go back to the cool blue if i so desired. I am really happy with how it turned out. |

Offline | That's very nice!! Is that HyperBlue underneath? (I have a HB/W MCS up here in Northern CA). So the whole car is wrapped in vinyl and then painted? I didn't know that was even possible? Can you just 'peel off the pink' if you want to? How much did the 'wrapping' cost? |

Offline | Thank you! I chose the pink color and the "cool blue" color and then it was printed out onto the vinyl and wrapped on my car. I can just peel the whole thing off and the paint underneath will be as good as new =) |

Offline | ...i'll take picture around the joints and such when i get home... when you get up reeeeeal close you can see that it is vinyl from how it looks around the edges but most people don't get that close. lol. everyone who sees it always thinks its painted and is surprise when i tell them it is vinyl. ... i tried to get the blue to match as close as possible and I am happy with the results =) ... thanks everyone for the kind words ... i think i may have painted it if I wasn't leasing the car...but this was a good compromise I thought. |

Offline | Photos of the edges would be good. I've contemplated a "wrap" in the past actually, which is why I was so interested. Seems a good way to get a new colour, and protect your paint etc at the same time! |
