Online | Hi Adam, The Aero front bumper fits in exactly the same way as the hardtop, and the rear bumper has only minor differences in attach points. Both are very straightforward though. Only thing to consider on the rear bumber is the PDC sensors. The inner part of the sensor (the sensor body) unclips from the inside of the bumper, while the outer trim ring pulls out from the outside (once the sensor body has been removed). The side skirts are a tad different too, but only due to the cross bracing under the car which bolts into the sills. If your car is fairly new, you should be able to remove the bracing (one side at a time) using a large Torx bit (between 55-65) and a large levered ratchet. Use some bolt release spray or WD40 to help. Failing that you can cut an insert in the skirt to fit around the bracing. Either which way you'll never tell. Any probs, give me a shout. Jon ![]() |

Offline | Just try not to slice your hand open with a lethal 'break-away blade' stanely knife when you're doing the skirts like i managed to do (step where trying to prise door nameplate sill up). I had to clean the blood off the car before i went to casualty for stiches- I just couldn't leave it like that , but hey thats the fun of DIY!!!![]() |

Online | Indeed.... I went with the screwdriver and pull method though - word of warning, treat the sill plates like a knife, the edges are often razor sharp (as I also found out). I was wearing thick latex gloves, and they sliced straight through those and into my hand ![]() ![]() |
