I've treated my other half to Leather in her Cabrio, but I need to transfer the key locks from her existing rear seats to the new leather ones. Has anyone done this before?

I bought new seats for my cabrio and transferred the locks over - I believe from memory that they almost just clip in and out. I removed part of the leather cover to give better access... I'm sure though once you're in there you'll see how they come out.
