OK MINI FOLKS!!!!

Here's some new info.

New colours are a coming for the cabrio:

Confirmed: Hot Orange and Cool Blue

Apparently, the interior trim will match the exterior(Hot Orange on the dash!?!), and there are some new alloy wheel designs in 16" and 17" on their way too.

Ive seen pics of a chilli red with matching interior - I hope it doesnt look tacky!

Having had a convertible -
The exterior colors should be on the whole brighter than the coupe (the MINI is a fun car -- the Open is going to be Super Fun!).

Interior color should be a medium gray. Black gets too hot in the sun and Tan shows dirt too easily. Cloth seats, not leather or leatherette, because of the heat issue.

I presume Cool Blue is Shark Blue? (Maybe it's Candy Blue.. my brain hurts). Hot Orange is metallic right?

Anyway, nice to get some inside information.

1) Will there be a choice of top color?
2) If not, what color mirror covers?

Just been on the phone to the dealer and he is saying definately Hot Orange and Cool Blue.

They are expecting matching dash and interior in the same two colours.

Also option of different contrasting roof colours!!

All sounds sooooo good. Now where has that deposit money gone.......
