Offline | We've just sold our MINI but have a convertible on order. Bit concerned at the spy shots i've seen so far though. Don't like the classic mini/new beetle ragtop pram handle look when roof is down. Am hoping for a full foldaway jobby. Time will tell. Sold MINI, Bought Volvo V40 TD. I Feel Dirty! |

Offline | as i understand it, you're stuck with the pramhandle look - no complete foldaway. in my estimation the MINI convertible looks pretty bad in either mode... the beetle looks ok with the roof up though, i think. cooper s '05 x brg/white/chrome, cordoba/anthracite/chrome, flik wasp 17x7 x delivered july 26th 2005 cooper '02 replaced x brg/white, R83 white, chrome, cordoba x built june 21st, arrived july 15th on the traviata, delivered july 26th 2002 |

Offline | I inquired at my local dealer about the Mini Open they told me it will be in the shops next spring and as far as they know only One and Cooper models will be for sale, the Cooper S will come later ![]() Mini one, Pure mottled Silver, 15" 8 spokes, Tinted glass, White bonnet stripes, a 6'tall sexy blonde in my passenger seat , very cute screeming baby in the back. Offline | I was all set to put down a deposit but then got to thinking about all the teething troubles the other Mini models have had. Decided I'd rather not be one of the guinea pigs. Also, as my current contract's up in March it's better to see what will happen there before committing to £15,000 - £20,000. May just spend a couple of grand on JCW conversion on my Cooper instead. ![]() |
