im number 7 at romford. im a bit dissappointed because when i made the order in romford i was told i am number 5 on list. if i dont get a car on the first batch,im not going to be v happy after putting down aa deposit 10 months ago.only found out the bad news today. the cooper s is 100% starter with the 2 other models according to dealer today.drove a cooper today for the first time, i must admit i was not over impressed with my first drive of a cooper. it did not seem to be much faster than my 2litre peugeot406 auto.i expected a little more oomph from start and constantly had my foot to the floor. there was 3 of us in the car,which was run in. would that have made a big difference? im not in any way a fast driver,just checking out the cooper.

Sold my soul to Satan who kindly gave me £100 for it!

Zoomed straight to Sytner's who relieved me of said £100 faster than you could say "I'll have mine in new shiny orange please".

Very nice man told me I was invited to a special preview of the new 'Italian Job' film as well. Reserved parking for MINI people too!
