I read somewhere the Cooper S cabrio was about £16000

The ONE can starts at 14,000 so i would think 15,500 for Coopand 18,000 for S,

That's supposedly one of the first prototypes. The photo is from AutoExpress and looks to have been flipped as all the other photos of this car are left hand drive.

Regarding color - I would assume that the yellow will not be changing and this photo just made the yellow look a bit more saturated.
