Unhappy No Sport Suspension Plus

I just read through the Cabrio Pricelist and comapred it to the normal Cooper Pricelist.
On the Cooper you could get the Cooper S Sport Suspension Plus for Free when you ordered the Chilli Pack. Now you can only get the normal Sport Suspension .

Is this due to Problems with the Stability of the MINI Cabrio or does the Cabrio need to have more Space beetween the Street and the Car because of some new stabilisers under the Car ?
