Offline | Convertible Brochures ? It seems some MINI dealers have brochures and others don't? My dealer insists that the brochures are not out until July and that the they only thing they have at the moment is a flyer. I'm going to the Motor Show Preview Day next week so I'll get all that I need there hopefully. I'm trading in my beloved MCS in August for a MCS Convertible. My build date is 13th August ![]() |

Offline | At the moment I'm 99.9% going for Hyper Blue, but this could change... I like other MINI drivers to know from a distance that I'm in an 'S' (My current MCS is Electric Blue, No White Bits!) There are not many of them about! |

![]() MINI2 Regular | Covers the lot. It's an usual brochure, the first inner page is like an overhead transparency, you push a perforated little mini out of. Every second page in the brochure is sealed, and you use the little mini to break the perforations on the edge to open up the 'secret' page. The ideal thing about the little mini is that you can place it onto the colour squares and get an idea of what the new colours look like! |

Offline | Yeah - I picked one up from a contact about 10 days ago - cool little brochure - no prices in it, but the Cooper pictures are mainly of an Orage one, the S is in Cool Blue (nice). I know some dealers still have delivery slots for September, but not many in the South East. Could be ordering one next week if I get a better trade-in value than I'm hearing right now. ![]() |

Offline | Additional 84 pg brochure available (called RECYCLING) Today I got two brochures of the Convertible from my dealer (in germany) + a complete Euro price list (dated July 2004). The first brochure is the standard brochure with the sealed pages mentioned above containing One, Cooper and Cooper S Convertible, the other one called RECYCLING (don't know why) has 84 pages with a lot of pictures of the convertibles (cool blue, red, hot orange, red) and many details. It also contains a complete colour table and descriptions of the interior options. Unfortunately my scanner doesn't work properly at the moment, but if anybody is interested in special information (text is german), I could try to scan or take a photo of single pages (e.g. leather/cloth colours). ---------------- My Cooper S Convertible will still be hyper blue with black top, Chili, 5 star bullet 17", heated mirrors, color-coded interior, Chrome line interior package, Cockpit chrono package, heated seats (some other threads convinced me to take these) and I hope to get it in July ![]() ... 1 day til MCS convertible |
