Hi you all,

I ordered my MCC cool blue with a blue top. But I'm very curious about it's looks with the black top. does anyone have them?

By the way, here in hollan we pay 25.600 euro for a cooper convertible (no extra's). So stop complaining about the costs please you spoiled Yankees

Have you tried the www.miniusa.com web site - their configurator is much better than the UK one and it might give you an idea of what your colour scheme might look like . .

Here's some pics of my Cool Blue Cooper with black roof - in my opinion I think its a great combination as the black roof compliments the black wheel arches etc.

I've got a MCC on order in Cool Blue with a black top, mostly because I was annoyed that so many people were getting Cool Blue with blue tops, because IMHO, the two different blues don't match well, and ultimately, because Cool Blue and black roof contrast seemed more in the spirit of the Mini.

But ultimately, it probably won't matter, since we'll all be driving with the tops down anyhow.

I have a Cool Blue with black roof too and I think it looks great because it is all coordinated, with wheel arches and wheels etc.

I don't think the blue roof is a very nice blue and I think it kind of clashes with the cool blue - only my opinion. But it probably looks good on a different colour car.

Sorry, Helt, you should have come visit Luxembourg! I paid a lot less than that, and Minerva has all the extras I wanted.....!!!!!
