Most effective heater / fan settings?

right, still getting more impressed with the car each day - the lack of buffeting in the car with the roof down at speed with the wind deflector in is really great(90+ coming in this morning was fine to anyone who is not involved in law enforcement!).

But, get abouve 60mph and all the heat seems to get sucked out of the car - experimenting with verious combinations of fan speed and direction with the heater but haven't got the right one yet - anyone found the 'holy grail' for this. It's always been different on the other cabrios I've owned - just a matter of a few weeks trial and error usually, but I'm getting chilly.....

Hmmm,

Forgot to put the wind deflector back in this morning so had a bit of a draft drive along the M3.
Still trying to work out the heater settings too. This mornings approach was to set the outlet
to the dash and have the heater and fan on full, that way it kept my hands warm.
Need to check this again when I go home but this time with the deflector in place.

The setting to the feet does not seem to pump out enough heat !
Then again the heated seats and warm and cosy !

Yeah, I'm trying to figure out why the "automatic" climate control is of ANY value. When you turn the heat up to 80, the default setting is to automatically turn the AC on. I have no idea what the best setting is.

I seem to default to heat blowing out the front vents, not the top or the bottom. So I'm asking myself what the value of the automatic system is....

Hmm,

Don't have auto air just manual air.
Using the feet and dash vents settings does not deliver enough warm
air to either of the vents.

Setting for cold day topless Motoring :

Manual Aircon: Full heat without A/C, direction only on the Dashoutlets, Ventspeed accoring to the Speed.
Adjust the two Outlets in Front of your Hands so that the Air flows UNDER your Hands along your Arms to your Body, Close the two other Outlets when you drive alone. In this setting youŽll get the most warm Air to your Body. Set the Seatheating to Max and if you got the Winddeflector lean towards the Mid of the Car (the Armrest is very Helpfull).

I managed to drive 190 km/h at 10 degresse Celcius with light Rain without getting Cold or Wet

ALWAYS OPEN !!!!

(Remember not to open the Roof below -10 degresse Celcius)
