I use supa cabrio from supagaurd along with a black coarse plasticy type sponge.

Check the maintenance and care forum there has been posts on this subject before.

Just about done the same thing myself but realised the effect it would have just in time.

I use VW cabrio cleaner along with a lint free window cloth thing found under the sink in the kitchen.

No probs.

A lint roller is an excellent idea, or use a ball of masking tape to get the fuzzies off.

United-States You need this washmit!

Made by DEL SOL, it is a microfiber wash mit! Picks up everything and super soft, they make their product in very vibrant colors, they sell them at autoparts stores and target! colors of mits are like blue and pink, they make a dry cloth that picks up dust on interior! I bought them on sale for nothing, but most of the time 2-3 bucks U.S., Does anyone know if these are sold online. Hands down they are the best!

i use OXO boar hair-type brush that I bought at Autopia. Works great on the roof and the bottom panels. Of course, no lint, since it's a brush

That's a good idea.....of course one wouldn't use the same brush on the top that they use for underpanels and wheels what with brake dust and all...but that is a perfect texture brush for tops isn't it?

But then perhaps I'm more...anal... than others...which might be why I'm so often referred to as A**hole

Peter..who also collects brushes...in Denver

I made the same mistake. Next time around I used a soft briselled brush and 303 fabric guard and they came off.
