Offline | You can buy the chrome downpipes from either minimania.com or mossmini.com for around $400, but I agree MinuUSA should offer them as a factory option. I have added alot of chrome to my interior as you can see in the pic below: ![]() Fight for the smallest minority- "The Individual". |

Offline | That's a Zeemax MINI. They are a tuning company from the UK. They definitely have great sense of style. I saw a rally-modified, all black MINI One and I about fell over it was so damn sexy. They need to get over the pond... ***BMW-AG Rocks!!!*** Portsmouth FC Can Thank Sunderland...What a Farce!!! |

Offline | H'mm that will be Barry @ Zeemax. He's been on at me for ages to get the kit on my ragtop if you look in at my gallery you will see our hardtop. However knowing what I know now decided against it to many variables. Speed bumps, hassle to even get the car jacked up to take a wheel of. New wheel hub converting it to a five stud to suit his very expensive alloys those ones in the picture are £966.00 each without tyres. I could go on. Never mind the cost. but I've got to say not to my taste the design on the retrimmed leather seats. Cooper D (2007) |

![]() Now answering to Lady J! | Have to admit that this MCSC doesn't really do it for me - I feel it's kind of been a bit "overdone". However that is the beaurty of the Mini - each one of us has a car that is slightly different to the next and as there are so many options as well as mods etc. we can all have individual cars. It would be a boring world if we all liked the same thing!!! |

Offline | Hahaha...took a tour of the engineers room at Ford about 12 years ago. Real good stuff. Got to see the engineers at work designing future vehicles on computer, the clay room (gone now I suppose), prototypes, etc., all back-door stuff. Well, I also got to talk personally with a few engineers and the lead designer mentioned that in the next 5-10 years (1997-2002), Americans will all want cars the look the same. Any type of strange or out-of-the-ordinary vehicle will be turned down. That is the mood of the near future and one we intend to capitalize on. I almost crapped my pants. Of course, I wasn't going to say anything against that as I was a lucky guest in the inner sanctum, but boy did it shock me! I saw it in action a few years later when the Ford Taurus, Escort, Contour, and ZX2 all had the same shape, design, and body panels. It was very difficult to tell those four apart. I couldn't believe it. Well, they were mostly panned by the press and public alike, everything but the Taurus was dismal in sales, and discontinued. The next year, the Focus arrived. ***BMW-AG Rocks!!!*** Portsmouth FC Can Thank Sunderland...What a Farce!!! |

Offline | Not my style either... 1st. All those aftermarket body parts look way too Mitsubishi to me! ..."Turning japanese I think I'm turning japanese I really think so!"... 2nd. The pattern of the upholstery reminds me of some early fifties Chryslers (even Kaisers and Hudsons!)... Just my opinion though! ![]() |

Offline | Sorry, but NO! Don't care for that at all. Perhaps Im just too much of a traditionalist. or purist. If God wanted a MINI to look like that He would have the designers to do it that way (GRIN) |

Offline | In my mind, Zeemax kits really worked on the classic Mini but I don't think there's a place for them on the new generation. Previous: '77 Mini Clubman, '91 Mini Studio2, '00 Mini Cooper Sport, '01 MINI COOPER Current: '04 MINI COOPER S Convertible |
