how long does it take to build a mini at the factory then get it to the dealer

Depends on wher you live. In the states, for example, I'm near the east coast. So my car is planned for production in the 7th week - Mid February and my MA says it should arrive at the dealer by the end of March. So about six weeks or so. For you, across the pond, It would probably be less

unless you mean delivery time from the order to the handover, i have been told about 7 months to take delivery.
