Has anyone noticed the reduction in upholstery quality with the new version cars, including lower grade leather, which sags & bolsters which are not padded well?

After trading my 2002 MCS, which had 20k sag free miles (full leather), to get my new MCSc with part leather, the new cars rear seat bolsters are at different heights (which looks naff) & leathers saggy up front also.

Are BMW employing trainee's to make these seats or are they just rushing them out nowdays?

Hi

My complaint is the other way. I just got a new MCSC with leather seats and they look too smoothand perfect to be leather. Also, don't have the strong leather smell of previous cars with leather seats.

How can you tell if it's leather or not?
