Yesterday, my wife phoned and said she had a problem with her car, when she indicated left, the right side flashed and when she indicated right, nothing flashed. Even her full beam didn't work. She limped home not indicating and phoned BMW emergency services and they came out, checked the car over and think the problem is the BCM (body control module) either needs reprogramming or needs a new one.

So this morning the guy came back and took us to the nearest dealership with the car and then bought us back. They said if they can't fix it then they will lend us a car, so can't complain. The guy this mornig said he has had Cowley on the phone interested in my wifes car also, to find out the problem.

Must say the service has been good up until now............keep you posted on the results.

Got the car back today, all sorted. They found the problem to an earth fault.

While it was in I asked the dealership to check the old roof wear problem, they told me that it supposed to be like this, I nearly swung for the woman. I think I'll take it to another dealership next time.
