nice suprise in my mailbox today.... not a bill but my new license plate, 2 weeks early!!!! I am tickled, now my Cooper feels complete!

just curious if anyone out there is familiar with this - it's an expression marking found in music (I'm a flutist) that just fits my Cooper - means joyful, playful, full of life & FUN! so that's her name.
