When i took delivery of my cooper D last friday, i was told that it does not come with a TLC voucher book. I have payed for the TLC pack and was wondering if anyone else has aTLC booklet. I know i had one with my R56 cooper S ,so its not an R56 thing

.
Am i being told the truth or not!!!!!

I haven't had a voucher book on my last two MINI's, there is no need for them, its all on the system if you have TLC

When i got my ONE last year i got mine in the glove box, Then got sent a 2nd one

I was told i dont need it like rakey said they have it on there system

I got a TLC voucher book with my '07 R56 MCS. The dealer handed it to me specifically at the vehicle hand-over.

I still have all the vouchers in tact in my book, as prev mentioned will all be on the "Big Brother" System!

do'nt think you will need vouchers as the new style key fob keeps all your info on including colour of your eyes, hair etc, scary stuff!! Just email mini uk and ask them if still not sure.

I do have a tlc book with my CD.

The dealer went through it with me at handover - just as he should have done.
It should have been in the document pack delivered with the car.

Mind you, as stated above, I have no doubt that all your tlc info is held either on the fob or on the dealer network system.

I got a TLC Voucher book with my Cooper D. Like twentysecondstogo says, it's worth checking with MiniUK to see if you actually need the booklet or not.

I had my last service in my TLC book on my 03 MC a few weeks ago.

I then signed up for the next TLC pack and the dealer told me that they don't have voucher books anymore and its on the system.

I have the dealer receipt just in case there are problems

we got a book also, though when got TLCXL on the oneD we got the "it's on the system! bit too

If you want one ask for it!
It really won't make a difference, it's nice to have though when selling the car

Didn't get a TLC book with my ONE convertible (picked up at the weekend), but told 'vaguely' it should arrive by post. Had a book with our last MINI but never had to show it...all on the system, etc.
