Warranty / Emergency Service Handbook

Did anyone get a handbook explaining the Mini Warranty and the Emergency Breakdown cover (ie what's covered and what's not) in their information pack? This is the first car I've had where I've had no info about the warranty/breakdown cover. I contacted my dealer to see if I should have one, and they said Mini don't do one. As this is my 1st mini, I'm not sure if this is correct?

I find that very hard to believe. Where are you supposed to get contact numbers if abroad etc. I had these in my May 06 R53 MCS.

It was never even mentioned that I had breakdown cover until I broke down and my dealer asked why I had used RAC to recover my car....

Yes, I received one on 26th May when I picked up our new MINI. Booklet is called 'MINI dealer warranty and emergency service handbook.' Part # 95 38 0 000 661 (04/07).

Go ask them again!
