Back In The Fold

Hello Folks

After several years in the wilderness I've joined the ranks of MINI drivers again .

Visited my local dealer on Tuesday last week and they just happened to have a brand new PW/B diesel sitting in the showroom. It was a cancelled order for someone, so I was able to pick it up 3 days later on the Friday!!

Still hard to believe that I was able to get my hands on just what I was looking for so quickly. After going a bit overboard with the spec of my previous One-D this got kept simple. The only extra was the Pepper pack, which was exactly as I wanted it.

So far I've done about 300 miles and am finding the fun in motoring again. The CooperD feels really solid and well put together. At the moment the obc is showing 57.2 mpg with a mixture of motorway, B roads and traffic jams.

Just wanted to say hello and share the love

Thats a much faster way of getting a Dooper. Mine was ordered in June, came out of the paint shop in Oxford on Friday, and I still have over 2 weeks to wait!
MPG sounds pretty reasonable, especially taking into account traffic jams.

Enjoy the MINI - I am sure you will.
