Offline | I rang my dealer today and asked about the USB/Bluetooth module. He says that you can use it to drive an iPod (gen3 or later) using a special £40 interface cable. I already had the multifunction wheel so the additional cost came to £375 so considering it saved £25 on the dealer fit iPod interface but also gave me an armrest and Bluetooth I thought it was worthwhile?? I was scepticle about the ipod capability buts he's going to try it on a car tomorrow before he adds it to the spec. Other than the fact that it isn't hidden in the glove box I cant see any drawbacks??? |

Offline | Scratch that last post - he just rang to confirm its does work and then rang again to say that its too late as the car has already passed into production controls hands... looks like I'll have to get a Dension Gateway instead??? The dealer did say he'd try to get the Ipod link installed at cost but I doubt that would really be "at cost"... |

Offline | Well Jo instead of chrome rings etc around the speedo etc you get grey plastic, and around the bottom speaker in the doors it will be black. I will try and find a pic. ![]() The Orange Blob As My Avatar Is The Mascot Of JetAlliance Racing Called 'Carli'. |

Offline | Oh me writing the wrong thing. ![]() If it has not got CLI it will have grey plastic rigns around speedo/rev etc. If it has got it then it will be like the Dooper. To get rid of the black plastic rings around the speaker you have to spec Additional Decor Rings. ![]() The Orange Blob As My Avatar Is The Mascot Of JetAlliance Racing Called 'Carli'. |

Offline | I think I prefer it without chrome actually. I havent got it in my MINI and it can look too 'glitzy' ![]() If that is the Fluid Silver interior trim that ive ordered, then it looks good I never did see a car with it before I ordered, i figured it would be much like mine now which ive always liked ![]() |

Offline | That is fluid Silver Jo and it costs £110 when spec'd, but when my brother got his Cooper he didn't spec a trim (so it would be standard) and I swear that the standard trim is Fluid Silver ![]() ![]() The Orange Blob As My Avatar Is The Mascot Of JetAlliance Racing Called 'Carli'. |

Offline | When I finally get around to ordering mine, I'll be going for the Piano Black, because I prefer the black on the doors ![]() ![]() The Orange Blob As My Avatar Is The Mascot Of JetAlliance Racing Called 'Carli'. |
