The car is approaching the 30k mile mark now, having covered 12,000 miles since the engine was remapped, just after the 3 yr warranty lapsed.

Absolutely no problems to report.

It was serviced by the dealer at 24k, as per schedule. They didn't mention anything about the ecu/engine.

Fuel consumption on my usual 15 mile each way daily commute, across town & A road, is no different now to prior to the remap, averaging between 52-54 mpg with very little variation. I always brim the tank on refill & use the trip meter mileage to verify the OBC figs.
Shell V Power diesel is used whenever possible.

On a couple of recent long continental motorway trips at 85-90 mph, the car was still returning 50.2mpg!

NB. My Dooper runs on the 18" x 7" JCW R109 split rims with Bridgestone 205/45 runflats.
