I looked at the same question on a pre-facelift car and found that there were quite a lot of changes required - this is not a simple 'clip on the chrome bits' job.
For example, on the pre-facelift, the front fog light surrounds (3 below) without chrome are different parts from the with-chrome ones, so as well as the chrome fog light rings (4), you have to buy a pair of new body-colour surrounds. And that's the easy/cheap end - at the back you need a new bumper!
I recommend you decide to really like the minimalist look without chrome....
