Travelling though the forums, the majority of the discussion seams to be around the silvers and blues. How many people are actually getting the Red\White MCS ??

I wonder how many of them will be driving around when mine is on the road in a couple of months.

Before I seriously thought about a Cooper S, I always joked to my friends that I will buy a Red and white Mini (with white wheels). They are just irresistable. I hate waiting for cars, that's why I went straight for the pre-spec EB/w. If I had a choice, I would have gone red or yellow. Having said that I really love my EB colour. Nothing else like it on the road. Actually I never thought I would buy a Mini anyway until I walked into the dealership one Tuesday afternoon in May at lunchtime. Call it impulse buying if you want.

Been driving her since the end of May. Love it!

I'm sure I won't take away your exclusivity considering I'm on the other side of the world.

Seen a few more (red/white) around Denver as of late.

(My second choice is Indi Blue/White. I need to see one of those "in the flesh" someday.)

Mine is being built as I type this!!!!
We only have one Mini dealer here in Adelaide and they said that most of the MCS orders was the red with the white roof.
But I am the only one in Adelaide who is getting the white 17" wheels.
Cant wait!!!!!!!

This is great, I was begining to feel alone here. I am debating putting the bonnet stripes on it when I get it. What are your thoughts.

GO THE STRIPES!!!!
Im going to get them. If my dealer can get them with the black pin stripes. (They only have the plain white ones)

On a visit to my dealership in Long Beach, California today, I was shown the morning's delivery of NINE new MINIs. One of the sharpest-looking was solid Chili Red. So sporty and fresh-looking!

Also saw a Chili Red/Black combo, which was quite spicy!

Have only seen one CR/Wh combo in the Los Angeles area -- have seen it several times in Topanga Canyon, a great area of twisties...

... near Malibu.

In 45 days, or better 45 sleeples nights, I hope to have mine MCS CR/W, 17"Silver, AeroKit and light tinted windows, when she arrives you wil see the pictures on this forum.

My CRW Premium, Sport, NAV Cooper S is on the pond due to arrive Charleston 24JUL02. Have ordered Centerline RPM wheels with Yokohoma Parada Spec 2 205/45 tires (maybe 34 lbs each). Now I am getting excited.
