Offline | Oh! that is fantastic but you are in trouble now Why do I say that? Because I have never owned a Mini and I decided to go for a GP; therefore, I may have more questions than the average user here! Anyway, congratulations on your new acquisition. I wanted to know a couple of things: - Is there enough space in the trunk to fit say a large suitcase? - Are there stereo speakers all over or just the front? And lastly........are you happy? Cheers JP PS: Just 2 questions for now...I didn't want to scare you away! |

| Loves the Fuzzy One | There is space for a large suitcase but it depends on the suitcase. The hubby and I currently have a large duffle bag, five medium boat bags, two computer bags, a cooler, and various small bags in our GP as we kick off MTTS. Might want to go check your local Bass Pro for some boat bags, they make great boot bags too.Stereo speakers are only in the front. The GP is the hubby's car but we are both very happy with it. ![]() Global Moderator |

Offline | JP Well we took delivery of our GP this weekend in Monterey. As with you this is our first MINI, didn't know what to expect. The car has great acceleration and sticks to the road like glue. The only thing matching the GP’s performance was the great people we met during the delivery weekend !!! Most or all of them have multiple MINI’s in there families. I’m sure you will enjoy your GP and the " MINI " friends you make. ![]() |
