Brake Fluid ???

Whe is the brake fluid change due on a MCS? Is it every two years or when the computer inducates that its due?? I've read every two years but i have also read that the computer will tell you. I rang BMW and they said depends on driving style and the computer will indicate when its due. My car was in for service yesterday and they did not change the brake fluid (car is nearly 2 and half years old) - they used the key reader to see what was due and it didn't show up....or should it just be done because two years are up?? Can anyone clear this up for me??

The computer counts down in days to your brake fluid change. Driving style does not come into it at all, that's only taken into account for servicing. When you turn your ignition on and the display is still showing how many miles until your next service, press the odometer reset button and you will see a little clock and the number of days until your brake fluid change.

You are supposed to change every 2 years wether the computr remembers or not. Also if you do high milage or trackdays you might want to consider changing a few miles early to ensure its in the best nick. Howver for the everage user every 2 years or as the computer says (20-30k ??) is fine.
