Hi all,

I have a 03 Copper S which runs very well, no issues with that. But, recently I have noticed a slight "bubbling" type noise when reving the engine when it is idle. The noise sounds like it is coming from the region roughly to the left back of the dash, i.e. maybe behind the glove box. The noise also occurs when starting the engine. The noise only occurs occasionally, is quite soft but audible, and will go away if I rev a few times. Maybe the noise could also be descibed as the sound of leaves/twigs being moved about (a bit hard to describe properly). Besides this, the car runs and handles just fine, as expected.

If anyone can experienced this before please let me know what you found.
