What One Feature Defines the S for you ?

I was thinking what sets the S apart from the Cooper......

For me, Id have to say, its the noise, the exhaust boom, the whine of the supercharger, thats the aspect of the S that differentiates it from the Cooper and One for me, the handling, the overall styling cues, are pretty much the same overall.......

Im wondering why I want to upgrade to an S, is it merely for the aural stimulation? I know theres extra performance too, but I think a major part of the pleasure to be gained from driving is the soundtrack !

I'd be interested to know what everyone else feels is the most impressive aspect of the car?

For me it's the whole package, the bonnet scoop (I love it), dual exhaust, the extra power and all the other bits and bobs that makes an S an S. I knew from the beginning it just had to be an S

Sound is very nice too though

The red S on the side...in the shape of a particularly appealing bend.

The S/C engine matched with a getrag 6-speed box.

Does there have to be just one?

If so, then it's the supper sporty and spirited surge supplied by the sublime sounding, scoop cooled supercharger and sent through the stronger six speed, supplemented with the stiffer suspension plus, providing a slot car like stance, as it shows its stamina sprinting through the slithery s-curves while the sun shines through the sunroof's shade, and outside sparkles off of the metallic particles in the special EB skin.

For me there is only one car that MINI produces. It is commonly referred to as the MINI COOPER S. I am unaware of the other cars you describe. Nuff said!
