It was so nice outside, I gave Gracie some suds:

I gotta say, it is pretty easy to clean a Mini! I can reach most of the way across the roof and was able to do the whole job in about 10 minutes. Brake dust was VERY heavy on the S-lites, but came off easily with a sponge and soap.

I've had the MCS for 2 weeks now and couldn't be happier. I finally got back in my GTI 1.8T for the first time yesterday. Granted, the GTI is faster in a straight line (rolling wheelspin in 2nd gear is awfully fun

), and the plush stock suspension soaks up the little road imperfections better ... but as a performance car, it can't hold a candle to the Mini.

One thing I need to get used to is lack of space, both in the back seat and in the hatch. I took a long trip, with 3 other adults in the GTI and the same just wouldn't be comfortable for those who will draw the short straw and end up in the back seat of the Mini.

Good point, she probably wouldn't appreciate being submerged.
