My wife and I got in the MCS ordering line this passed weekend. Now comes the waiting (the dealer expects a 6-7 months wait).

Thank you all for your great advice and suggestions on how to build the perfect MC.

Sounds like a very nice set of choices! Out of curiousity, did you shop around to different dealers? The place I bought mine in NY can get cars built to spec in about 2 months (no waiting list for allocations).

Andy - nice pictures of your gorgeous car. We shopped at our two "local" dealers in Maryland - Towson Mini and Tate in Annapolis. Both quoted about the same wait time. Sure would be nice getting it quicker!

They sell for MSRP and are very professional. At the time I picked mine up (Nov. 11th) they were taking orders for cars to be delivered HOPEFULLY by Christmas!

Oh, and if you get antsy while waiting, drive one of your Porsches up here to PA and we can swap cars for a while.

I just got my build # from Tate Mini in Annapolis this week, scheduled for a Jan 03 build. I will have to give the NY dealer a call though, if they have slots open....
