Just got the call, it's in the workshop as we speak being prepped...

HK is much better than standard system, new steering wheel and pedals finish the interior off nicely, according to Matt at the dealer.

I'll be doing some photos asap on Thursday and posting them. Should pick the car up mid afternoon.

Order placed in May, the end is well and truly in sight now!

Jet Black/Black S, Blue Half Leather, Brilliant Silver Trim, Chili Pack, Auto Air Con, Vis Pack, Harmon Kardon, Trip Computer, DSC, and err that's all I can remember.

All you need to do now is buy yourself a decent sportsbike!!

Mmmm, I was thinking of getting an R1, and then I remembered all those that I went howling past on trackdays...

Never ridden one, so I suppose I ought to tick that box someday, but you can't beat a V-Twintastic experience...

R1. Low down grunt of a twin and the top end of a finely fettled four!! Wait until they kick V twin ass next year in World Superbikes!! (as long as the new rules don't turn them into asthmatics just to give the twins a chance that is!)

Must be on different trackdays than me!! or have you been tuning yours? Probably a track-day-only bike!

davep, I can't wait to see the pics and hear how the HK system sounds. I've ordered the HK system and visibility package on my MCS. My estimated prod date is Friday the 13th!

I'm curious about the pedals and steering wheel too.

Hey! I charged mine up last night too. I have today off, and I was thinking of dropping my CD changer in today. I think the side skirts are turning up there today. I know some work is done off site, but I might be lucky and catch a glimpse of my MINI.

Very interested in seeing how the HK system looks and what you think of the sound. My car is currently waiting to be loaded on the boat but a preview might make the time go a bit faster.
