I hate that people do this crap and try to make a buck off the public. Its just a shame that all Mini dealers were not as nice as mine. What a bunch of punks. I even e-mailed them!

I know let's do a Rocky Mountain edition!! yeah we'll put a tent in the back that folds out so people can go camping in their cars!! OH MY GOD A CAR WITH A TENT HOW INOVATIVE it's a MINI-TEK.

Adding a few stickers and cheap plastic bits at the dealers together with an unreasonable hike in price to turn a car into a 'Limited Edition' is total pants in my opinion.

Still, they wouldn't do it if people didn't buy them.

Also whilst most people would prefer to purchase their MINI and then add their own personal touches via aftermarket add-ons or additions from the BMW catalogue, some people are just not into that and want something different straight out of the box.

Take another look at the sticker. They are charging $995 for "Total Vehicle Protection", $995 for the Palm Beach Edition, then charging $590 for stripes and floormats!
What is "Total Vehicle Protection? Is that like undercoating?
