Does the Mini Cooper S come standard with these?

I ordered a Mini Cooper S, I got The Premium Package and Cold Weather Package. I just wanted to know. Also if it doesn't come with them can I buy something to install them?

I believe the powerwashers are part of the Sport package w/Xenon headlights.

Don't know whether that can be dealer installed or not.

No it doenst come standard... It comes with the Xeon Headlights which comes with the Sports package also. I'm not sure if u can buy something to install it. But i think u can order the Xeons seperatly w/out the sports package and get the power wash.
