I have just bought a used MCS from a Dealer.

Don't see much mention of people buying used on the board have I done a bad thing?

hi,

i bought a used mcs from a dealer with 5,500 miles. i love it! brought it in to a mini dealer just for a check up, and found some little world wide problems, and all is fixed now. u did something good, and your not the only one. take care!

I convinced my boss I should have a nearly new MCS as my new company car. It arrived on Monday and I love it so far.

It's 5 months old with 3700 miles. There's a strange noise from the boot but nothing that isn't mentioned in other threads so it looks like it was a good move.

If I have come accross any problems I'll let you know but fingers crossed!

It was registered in November 2002 and is Dark Silver with White Roof and Mirror Caps. It has the big sunroof, part leather in Black, balance of the warranty, TLC, CD Changer, Chilli Pack, Think that's it. Oh it's done 3500miles.

Yeah, I have electric blue, white roof and wing mirrors,chille pack with white 17 inch wheels and - TLC 1,600 miles 3 months old - bargin £15,100 Ha didn't I do well !!

Washed and waxed it twice, and could not find a mark she's perfect, very pleased and boy she shifts!!

Just would like to know where the CD prep lead would be hiding, any-one know?

Hi Uppy,

I got mine second hand from a dealer last month, 6K miles it and looks and drives like brand new. Best part is a got a great deal on my trade in and only had to part with the smallest amount of cash

Hope you enjoy yours as much as Im enjoying mine!

Just spoke to the previous owner everything checks out as sound think I got myself a nice used MCS. Done 1500miles in just over two weeks and it's just a great car to drive and own

To LMB I paid £16695
It was registered in November 2002 and is Dark Silver with White Roof and Mirror Caps. It has the big sunroof, part leather in Black, balance of the warranty, TLC, CD Changer, Chilli Pack, Think that's it. Oh it's done 3500miles.

Yeah about what it cost new less about £300 but I didn't have to wait for it the dealer was quoting 5 months.
