Forgot to mention the funny for the evening. Driving home tonight following Gail at 65mph, and a brand new yellow Vette is stuck behind us for bit waiting for the exit ramp. As soon as we get onto the next highway I'm waiting for him to whip around us and scream off in disgust. Instead, he pulls up even with me, looks over, smiles, nods and waves respectfully. Had me laughing out loud.

I did of course smile and wave back.

Still it amazes me the various types of people that appreciate these little cars.

Side note: looks like the bottom is dropping out of resale values on New Beetles over here. New ones are getting cheaper all the time, too. Not considered as cool as they once were, I guess. Hope that doesn't happen to MINI any time soon (unless I decide to keep my MINI forever, in which case I won't care).
