Mercedes service is nothing to write home about either

Getting them to pick up the ML500 was like getting blood from a stone

Sham how about a volvo XC90?????? or is that a tad over budget????
If you do go fora Zafira it's got to be the GSi Turbo. That's one fast mother

Sham. The thing that appeals about the Renault is the availability of the 3.0dCi Automatic and like you the reliability issue is a concern. That said the Zafira has been utterly reliable. I do like the differences in attitudes from the service departments of mass market and premium cars:

Ford is something similar....they still haven't fixed Sans Ka....sorry we ordered the wrong parts......and the rattle from the back is still there.....

Morning gents, how's my S coming along?

One of today's discussion points for you..

I like the idea of colour coded side skirts....not sure what the rear and front apron and black radiator grille are like (the complete kit) and if they are a tad grunt-ish for a girlie, or whether you can do some and not the rest without it looking daft? Waddy think?

Loads of people have the Aero skirts on their own Sammy, they look great on their own............I'm sure you will look lovely in skirts !

I dont like the aero front and didnt think the S needed the rear

Well - since the kids are going to be a/ in it spilling stuff, tearing stuff up, maybe wee-ing in it, and breaking things I just want to get a v similar replacement. b/ The XC90 is good but they're sold out for a long time plus I wouldn't want to spend that kind of money because of a/. It also means I have more money for myself

The GSi is a complete waste of money - I don't even know why they made it

. When the car's loaded up you won't be driving like a lunatic and when you're on your own it would look a bit silly exercising it and might even be a bit dangerous! (people would probably think you're a real nutter

)

I disagree Sham. If it's a convertible it's going to be as heavy as a pig and a Cooper won't have that much grunt.

I would have had the front if I could have had the standard grille i have never been too keen on the black mesh one...

If your budget is limited things like CD and Aeroskirts can be added later.
