My Baby has arrived at the dealers and is being lovingly prepared for me to pick him up at 10:00am on FRIDAY after a wait of 5 months and 12 days. I am so excited I could..... well, you can imagine!!! The worst thing is my Dad works for the dealer and is going to see him tomorrow lunch time... luckily he has agreed to take plenty of pics.

Enjoy !!!.... the wait is so so worth it, I waited 7 months for mine, and two months later nearly 4,000 on the clock !!!... its had a couple of niggles yet to be fixed but its so much fun its unbelieveable... prepare yourselves for kids shouting "nice car mate"... people stopping you for a chat at petrol stations... and of course other mini's waving !!!

Have now got my lovely car - he is now 305 miles old..... He is the most gorgeous thing I have ever seen and I am in love

- my boyfriend is so jealous it is scary!!!!

Everything about him is perfect (the car, not my boyfriend). I even saw an old boy trip over his walking stick in an effort to stare at my lovely car...... And now I am at work, 40 miles away from him and I feel really guilty abandoning him when he is just 3 days old......

Congratulations Heffer! Be sure to break her in nice and easy. Suggest you don't let your boyfriend drive your Mini and watch him turn green.

Thank you - I am enjoying him very much! BUT... the flippin' Council have decided to re-surface my road today

, in celebration of the arrival of my pristine motor, so he is hybernating in the garage until all the stone chips have been flicked off the road by other cars!!!

Pictures of his loveliness will be posted after his first wash - he is a bit fly splats r us at the mo!!!!
