Offline | What a dillema...ordered my MCS a few weeks ago in all EB with chrome exterior pack and blue/black 1/2 leather, chill pack etc. After many days and nights thinking about colour I just phoned and changed order to all DS with chrome which I think may work better and look slighly more stylish and stealth like than the EB. Obvioulsy its personal choice but whats everyone elses view?< Nick or ???PS Any good roads in the yorkshire area for testing it out when it arrives??? GeordieNick |

Offline | try the road from hawksworth to east morton twisty with some straights good fun or the road to ilkley but they have put speed bumps on that one. On the colour front according to the girlfriend who is not to be argued with EB is a girly colour DS for a bloke. |

Offline | Yeah, you made the right choice. What chrome is there? The grille? Did you change to all black interior? The car that I test-drove, last Summer, was DS/W with blue leather, and I just could not figure out that particular color combo. |

Offline | I know teh Ilkley road quite well..will try it out....just spoken to my mate who has a DS and he says go for EB as its not as bland! Its never easy! With the chrome kit you get chrome wing mirrors, grilla nd boot handle. Yes I am going for all black leather as blue/black may look odd. What ever I choose I'm sure I'll wish I went for the oppsoite anyway...and yeah blue for birds, grey fro blokes... GeordieNick |

Offline | Sorry, can't let this thred go by without re-posting this picture, appologies if you have already seen it. Mine=DS/B My wifes=EB/B Interestingly, although I think the DS is more classy, when I drive my wifes car I get a load of cheecky smiles and flirty eye contact from the women..... ![]() |

Offline | Don't choose either... Best roads are the Yorkshire Dales. I've been up there the pass two weekends because of the nice weather and have just got passed 1250 miles ![]() Hyper Blue/Blue MCSC with Chilli 'No man will make a great leader who wants to do it all himself' A. Carnegie |

Offline | ...aero skirts and white wheels .The EB/W is really eyecatching even if dirty and in bad weather. The DS/W is a bit meaner looking. DS/B is very mean (especially with tinted windows). Neither is a bad choice - I started with one colour, changed spec to the other. Of course, you don't have to choose a colour that's exclusive to the S . |

| AWOL | I originally specced my order as DS/W... but then had a change of heart and went for EB/W and I love it !!!... for me there's tonnes of DS around my area but only a couple EB... See my gallery for some nice piccys !!... Given the choice again i'd go for EB/B... with black stripes... very very nice !!!... By the way theres a Mini run in the dales on 7th Sept, but i'm not sure if its closed to anymore cars now due to high numbers already !!... see the Social and region specific forum for the UK.... |
