Smile Newbie may order S-options?

I am seriously considering a Mini. Currently drive a Boxster S-yes, maybe I am a little crazy to do this.....
This will be my everyday car and I don't plan to race.
Know I want the performance and cold weather packages(live in Atlanta but have grown to love my heated seats in the fall/winter) Was going to order the sports package but got dissuaded on another forum because of the 17in tires. And I don't really care about the headlights so maybe that is OK. But whatabout DCS? Read the threads and am still confused. Planned on spluging for the leather, then read some comments about poor quality. And is HK upgrade worth it?
Thanks!!

Oh you are making a great start by asking for tips, would really recommend you take a look at this thread http://www.mini2.com/forum/showthrea...441#post538441 , and everyone in there is great at helping make a car fantastic.

Heated seats are great on, and a must with leather
I have 17's, love them, but down to personal opinion.
DCS I don't have, but have driven a One with it on and will consider next time, as it is good.
HK, not got but have read mixed response on this and think I wold leave it off at the mo and fit an after market system.
Sports package, not sure what this includes as it is country specific, but Xenons are great and a must have.

Oh and I know someone else that switched from a Boxtser, so not un-common, best thing he said was the looks you get, everyone still admires your car, but no longer thinks you are a to**er with a small c*ck!!!

Good luck and welcome to Mini2

The only problem I have is knowing which one to drive?
