Question JCW S Questions!

First of all, does the JCW S come with Aero Kit? Looking at the JCW website price I should bloody hope so!!

Thinking of going overboard and upgrading my Cooper in about a years time due to a 'possible' discount!! Woohoo! I dont work for BMW by the way!

Just out of intrest, what options have people got and how much was it!? Like to see your colours aswel! Just gota look at damn insurance now!

Cheers, Andy!

you can get aftermarket (pulleys, air intake, exhaust, ecu and be at 200 or so horsepower)..but you dont have an warranty. i think cost is about 1900 US to go aftermarket. in the USA jcw is about 4600+ labor, so about 6K i believe, but the thing is you get warranty with it. so you have to ask yourself if the warranty is worth it to you. and yes you can order the kit with the car.

lastly i read this last night

Yes minitech has been saying this quite a bit about the works kit. Everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Xaris, if you don't want to spend the wodge you could probably drive to Germany and get the Digitec, Schnitzer or Hartge conversions for less.
But in my opinion, it is expensive but worth it to me (as in me personally). It was what I wanted, it isn't junk and it genuinely improves the performance. That is not to say that you couldn't have nearly as much fun in the stock S...you can, just for that added extra....the Works pips it for me. Still if you don't want to spend the money then you will still love your S.

i hv a qu re waranty of JCW S...

does the waranty includes an ADDITIONAL 2 yrs waranty, or its whenever ur original car's waranty finishes??

ie, If I fit the JCW kit to to my new S in two yrs time, do I get any waranty on the modded engine parts???

if thats the case, then there's no point buying the JCW 2 yrs after purchase rite?!
