United-Kingdom Please help......order time shortly

Hi to all,
ok...first of all i would like to say a big thankyou to all who contribute
to such a great site.
The info on here is invaluable.
And so to my question[s].
I know this has been covered before but please give me your thoughts.
Within the next five weeks i will be putting in our order for an `s`
So to the spec....
it will be
EB/WHITE ROOF,
AERO BODYKIT,
LAPAS BLUE LEATHER,
AUTO AIR CON,
CHILI PACK.
Now is there anything else i should consider.
Now that you know, what things would you have or not have.
I will also be fitting after market alloys as soon as i pick it up.
So how does this affect the runflat sensor...ie does the warning light stay on
or not.
You all know what a mine field it is to spec an `s` so any help would be
much appreciated.
I have a budget of £19000.00.
My thanks,
Andy.

changing the wheels does not affect the flat tire sensor though you will have to reset it to get a new baseline once you mount your new wheels

I've read on many posts about the "chili pack"...would anyone from europe mind clearing up what it is? I haven't seen that option available in the MINI dealerships here in the US.

thanks

It's just a bundled options pack, like your cold weather, sports etc. packs. Makes it cheaper than buying all those bits together.

every country bundles things differently and names the packages differently also. The Brits seem to enjoy seasonings

Definatly the MFSW

I had Lapis on my first S and went for half leather on my second S, the reason was that I didn't think the leather wore well and it was expensive for what you got

Whatever you choose I hope you enjoy your car

I would add the sunroof - it's 500 notes but well worth it.

Yes, OBC has gone into the packs.

I'f like to think MFSW has been added too, would make the price increases seem better.

Anyone confirm?

I ordered my MCS last week and the MFSW was not in the Chilli Pack but the OBC was. This is because I am not getting my car untill next year so the Chilli price was £130 more than now ( which I got knocked down to £100). Iwould get the CD prep as well incase you want to change latter

The CD prep is the wiring that is located in the boot for the installation of a CD Changer at a later date, its free but may even be standard on new cars.

One thing you didn't mention which i'm sure you'll have is the TLC package

They never told me it was free when I ordered ... as for the MFSW i had a look on mini.co.uk and it doesnt look like its part of the Chilli pack, although there seem to be some rumours about it being so...

Basically ask if its included in Chilli pack, if not order it, well well worth the money IMO... a great option that I discovered and ordered only because of talk on Mini2 !!!!... how glad am I ???
