Is there anyone in the North London area who can recommend a decent dealer. My local ones require me to chase to get any answer and never ring back even after they promise they will do. They also tell me that the new v36 software is not available!!! There must be one or two garages out there that a mini2 member can recommend.

Darren Whiteside at Derek Woodman BMW in Blackpool is very good. He used to sell MINI's but now sells (trys) BMW. He'll point you in the right direction

Give Alex Watts at Mini Park Lane a call 0207 495 9500,tell him I recommended him to you .

I had exactly the same problem you' ve had with Mini Park West .

Well its not just london where there's a problem! I tried 3 dealerships before finally buying my MCS.
