For a Cooper S, I'm #8 at one dealer, #29 at another, and about #60 at a third. I'm keeping all options open at this point.

(Kinda looks like I really want an S, doesn't it? )

I saw the car yesterday and sat in it , the prep guys were nice to even turn the "S" on so I can listen to the SUPERCHARGER. WOOHOOO I love it!!!

I was told that I was 30 on the overall list in Nashville, TN. But they had not separated the Cooper and Cooper S at that time.

I have not been able to get much information lately, except that the dealership is not ready to open. So my reasonably good position actually means very little in terms of really getting a vehicle.
