I'm about to order my third MCS and wanted input on colour choice..I know, old hat eh? But what are thoughts about Pepper White? I've had DS/B and EB/W.

Is Hyper Blue the new EB?? HELP!

Get the Pepper and then have the roof sprayed a unique color, I think that would be one of a kind and oh so cool. I don't think Pepper is all that common on its own though...

I saw a pepper white with black roof MCS yesterday. it looked absolutely amazing.

it REALLY needs the chrome pack though.

Go pepper white/black you wont regret it, had ours since end of march and still not seen another PW/B MCS on the road, and yes it does look amazing even without the chrome pack

I get a lot of compliments on the color, and it's rare on an MCS, since it just became available for '04. It looks sooo creamy and delicious in person. Very elegant. And something about the chrome really sets it off. I went for the chrome mirror caps and the clear rear reflectors, and the combination is gorgeous. Still considering some form of black bonnet stripes.

I have PW roof, but I also have the panoramic sunroof, so there's not much color. I'd probably go for the black roof if I had to do it again. I didn't originally b/c I was thinking "hot!" but the sunroof takes up so much of the roof as to really make that moot.

PW/B is almost scupltural, and I almost ordered it that way, but strangely could not find an interior I liked with it. The other downside is that white is not a color for car wax fanatics.

I saw one Pepper White Balck S with JCW 18" Alloys on the Autoshow Leipzig. It was simply the best Colour combination you can get. Go for it...

The Pepper White is very nice. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the colours, they all look fantastic. At least PW is a bit unique, doesn't seem to be too many of them

I'm changing because, well, because by trading in my '53plate and not putting any more cash into the deal I get the same monthly payments. Saves paying for road tax too!! Oh, and I get the new model year and the pain of new colour choice.

I think the Aerokit is essential, but in the Italian job I think the mini was PW/PW but with a sunroof (which my all of my MCS's have had). I've not had aerokit before so it's an extra £1k on top of all the other increases thanks to BMW!!

So, I'm thinking PW/B, black bonnet strips and maybe, just maybe getting the alloys repainted in a Gunmetal (DS?) type colour...hmm..

am i the only one that doesn't think pepper white really highlights the aggressiveness of the S?? i personally like electric blue and black if i can do it all over again./.. but i gotta wait until i got the $$$!

also is this... tat's quite a creamy white the mini's got... it reminds me of the same white used on the beetle convertible....

also is zero offence intended... but im gonna say that..... pepper white is a girl color... i SPECIFY AGAIN THAT I MEAN ZERO OFFENCE!! but i've only seen one guy driving a pepper white MINI period! all whites are driven by girls or women! strange huh?

my PW/PW S should be here late June. I opted for the PW as I think it goes best with the plastic trim - assuming you're not doing the Aero kit. Also loking forward to putting some stripes on it but haven't decided on Viper or bonnet stripes yet. BTW Scoopa those wheels look fab!

I don't see many Mini's in Houston period. I have never seen a PW/B or PW/PW! Anyone...out there?

PW/PW MCS with no moonroof here, we love this color combo. Definitely skip the moonroof, that's like 80lbs of weight you won't need at the track! well, unless you replace it with a CF piece, then it will be even lighter!

It was actually Pepper White body with the standard white roof. So there was a wee bit of distinctiveness on that particular car, compared to a typical PW/PW combination.

Someone here has a PW/PW MCS with the aerokit. It's mini_mad1, and he put black bonnet stripes on his MCS PLUS a black and grey UJ on his roof. Have a looksee at his gallery (I hope you don't mind mate!!), it looks absolutely stunning:

Thanks, I went ahead and splurged for the R90's
I got the S-Lites back though and those are being either color matched pepper white or powder coated black.

I don't think the PW is a girl color, in fact the only people I have seen driving that color are guys. Had a PW / PW follow me to work this morning and a guy was driving it. For now I will leave the color debate alone. Any thanks spyderphil on the rims.

PW/PW is the muttz nutz, although I prefer EB/W myself, my wife has the PW/PW S with sunroof , areo , R90's , etc etc and it looks the bizz, take a look for ya self

I had originally thought IB or DS were the only colors I could live with... but when it came to ordering time and they had a PW/PW one I couldn't resist. SOOOOOO GLAD!
