Picking up my 2nd MCS tomorrow afternoon, which was ordered in April.

Still no update from BMW when the JCW will be available except "August for September"

Anybody else picked theirs up already?

Pictures? Feedback on the new mods?

CooperID I know how you feel, mines not due till October

Going in to the dealer this weekend to confirm the spec - after much discusion with the other half we've agreed on the following

MCS
Hyper Blue
Body coloured roof & mirrors
Body coloured interior
Chilli pack
CD player
Harmon/Kardon upgrade
Climate control
Half leather - black/black
Chrome interior - bling bling

Heated washerjets/mirrors
Heated windscreen
Spots

I'm also awaiting my 2nd 'S'. Due in at the dealers any day now, so should be able to pick it up for the start of August if all goes to plan

I'm intrigued to hear about the 'new' model and whether it is noticably different to drive, especially with those revised gear ratios!

I'm with Harry Fairbairn Irvine and gettin my new MCS tomorrow as well.

Company car, but it came from Fairbairn.

My previous MCS, which I bought myself, was from Henry Bros in Glasgow.

Henry Bros were excellent and I would recommend them. Sure Fairnbairns will be okay too.

Got my car this morning & gave back the evil A4.

Loved the previous MCS and this one will be the same.

Pics of the car,and projector xenon attached.

Main minor differences are new dash (which still creaks!), clock in the speedo, padded rests on the door pulls, key with boot release etc. Otherwise business as usual!

Exhaust seems a bit raspier on this one compared to the last one, but this is probably just variability from car to car.

Also have the 16" X-Lites this time and the difference in terms of ride and steering feedback c/w S-spokes is like night and day

Is that Hyper Blue or Electric Blue? If it's Hyper Blue, which of the two pictures is closer to the actual color? Is it darker than the last picture, but lighter than the first?

Congratulations on getting your car so soon. You say the dash still creaks. Does it at least creak less?
